After shocking its fans with the launch of Redmi’s first flagship smartphone just a few hours ago, Chinese Smartphone maker Xiaomi is again planning the launch of a new member of its Mi 9 series in China. The brand has taken to Twitter to share a launch poster teasing the launch of a new member of the Xiaomi Mi 9.
Unfortunately, the teaser doesn’t disclose the real identity of the phone that will be launching soon, though the accompanying image/render and of course the “#PopUpInStyle” does suggest the said device will come with a full screen display with a pop-up selfie camera. There is also a coded hint that the device in question could either be the XiaomiMi 9K, Xiaomi Mi 9I, or Xiaomi Mi 9T.
Gizchina News of the week
The good news is that we don’t have to look too far to get the message. Recall, that there has been rumors swirling around relating to the recently announced Redmi K20 Pro launching outside of China, and perhaps outside of India as the Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro. So it may not be mere co-incidence that the latest teaser is coming only a few hours after the unveiling of the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro.
