Vivo has silently added another member to its growing Y series in India with the Vivo Y12. As per a report by 91mobiles, the information of the launch got to them via Vivo dealership partners. The handset will go on sale by the end of this week on retail stores offline.
As per declared information, the Vivo Y12 reportedly has a 6.35-inch HD+ display with a tiny notch at the top. The handset runs on the MediaTek Helio P22 processor along with 3GB of RAM in the base variant.

In the camera department, the Vivo Y12 has a triple camera setup of 13MP + 8MP + 2MP making it one of the cheapest phones in India with three sensors. Moreover, there’s a massive 5,000mAh battery occupying the chassis similar to the Vivo Y15 that will power Android Pie.
In terms of prices and variants, there’s a 3GB RAM + 64GB storage, and 4GB RAM + 32GB storage. If you’re wondering that’s a typing error, no it’s not. However, it could be possible that the retailer has received the wrong information. The 3GB variant is priced Rs 11,999 and the 4GB version is priced Rs 12,990.
