At an event in New Delhi earlier this morning, Huawei’s sub-brand Honor alongside the Honor Pad5 launched the Honor series comprising of the Honor 20 Pro, Honor 20, and Honor 20i/lite in India. These devices are arriving India about a month after their initial debut on the global level and at a trying time for the parent company, Huawei who has lost several suppliers including Google which threw the future of its Android-powered devices into disarray.

The Honor 20 and 20 Pro are both at the top echelon of the Honor 20 series with cutting edge features such as the; side-mounted fingerprint scanners which was initially received with misgivings, but has proven to be worth the decision, a large 6.26-inch display with the hole-punch selfie cameras, quad rear camera setup, Android 9 Pie with Magic UI 2.1 on top, and HiSilicon Kirin 980 SoC, while the Honor 20i, on the other hand, is decidedly a mid-range offering with a waterdrop-style notch, triple rear cameras, Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.0, and the less powerful HiSilicon Kirin 710 SoC.
