If you are a champion of pure third-party ROM, your Essential Phone can now join the nightlies program and get all the benefits that Lineage brings. The first version is 684MB. If you want to download and brush into the LineageOS 16.0 custom ROM version, you need to make sure you have enough space to do this. Although support for third-party ROM is not a big deal, it’s the second good news for fans of the device, after the emotional CEO, Andy Rubin, made comments which implied that there will be a second Essential Phone. In the camera department, we have a 13MP camera on the rear coupled with an 8MP shooter for selfies. It runs a pre-installed Android Nougat OS and its lights are kept on by a non-removable Li-Ion 3040 mAh battery.
