VIVO X30, and Y19 monikers spotted in trademark filing

Vivo X27 Pro

While we are still fresh with the launch of the VIVO Z5X in China, and the planned launch of the new Z series device in India, soon, it is not surprising to know Vivo is at the same time readying an update for its X and Y series of smartphones. The company has lodged patents request with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for the VIVO X30 and Y19 monikers. Sadly, the documents reveal nothing significant about both devices yet.

Gizchina News of the week

The VIVO X30, however, has been a long time coming and could be the next device in the maker VIVO X series. Its arrival could mean it would be the most superior of the VIVO X series, only next to the VIVO X27 and X27 Pro.VIVO already launched a device with the Punch hole design, so we are not certain what new innovation the X30 will bring to bear.

Perhaps it will employ the unusual “reverse notch” designs as another creative 7olution to having an all-screen smartphone. The brand already patented two of such design – one with a mild arch shape protruding from the top edge with two selfie cameras, and another with two individual protrusions. The chances of adopting such design for the VIVO X30 seems lean.
