Today, the recently released Xiaomi Mi Band 4 NFC version went on sale and it sold out swiftly. The sales which also includes the standard version shows the popularity of this smart band. According to the company, the NFC version will sell again on June 25th while the standard version will be in the market on June 21st.
Although the band is out of stock on Xiaomi’s Chinese Mi Home, it is still on pre-sale. In addition, most of the over 2000 Mi Homes in China have this band in stock. Other stores that ship globally like Gearbest, Aliexpress, etc still have this band but at a slightly inflated price.

The Xiaomi Mi Band 4 standard version is priced at 169 yuan (∼$25) while the NFC version is priced at 229 yuan (∼$33). Compared with the standard version, the NFC version has three major functions: XiaoAi, voice control, and NFC card. The Mi band 4 uses a 0.95-inch AMOLED color display, which increases the screen by 39.9% compared to the previous generation, and displays 21 more words than the previous generation. It comes with a fully upgraded 6-axis high-precision sensor, bringing 6 sports modes, tracking swimming data in real time, supporting smart stroke recognition, 50 meters waterproof, etc.
