Yesterday, Huawei took the wraps off its Huawei Nova 5 lineup. However, the company has not only announced new smartphones, but it also revealed some cool accessories. One of these accessories is the Nova Bluetooth Speaker – the first Nova-branded product that isn’t a smartphone. It costs just a few and comes in a set of bright colors.
The Nova Mini Bluetooth Speaker (CM510) boasts a cylindrical design with a two color tone finish. It features a single button, a three-color LED indicator, MicroUSB port, and also count with holes for a lanyard cable. The speaker features IP54 certification, it means that you can take it to poolside or use it in a bathroom. When it comes to the colors, the Nova Speaker is available in Bright Black, Forest Green, Midsummer Purple, and the red-ish Coral Orange.

Further on specs, the Nova Speaker boasts a microphone for calls and also features a 3W driver with enhanced bass. It is able to connect via Bluetooth 4.2 and you can pair two units together for TWS surround sound. When it comes to juice, the speaker counts with a 600mAh battery. According to Huawei, this capacity is enough to ensure 4 hours of music playback or 3 hours for calls. The Bluetooth will power-off automatically after 5 minutes when not paired with a device and also after 30 minutes when not playing anything.
Huawei’s Nova Speaker costs just ¥129 (~$19) and is already available through some retailers. Last but not least, it weighs just 101 grams and measures 50 x 50 x 56.3mm.
