The new price is available at OnePlus Canada’s official website. Worth noting that this is a permanent price drop, and users who have purchased the flagship between 10 am ET on May 17 and 12 pm ET on June 28 will get a refund. Furthermore, the refund is based on the difference in original and new prices. If you have purchased the device in that period, OnePlus will contact you via e-mail.
It’s unclear why OnePlus decided to cut the price of the handset. We believe that it may be a move to align the Canadian prices with US prices. The device is one of the best smartphones in the market right now. It boasts Snapdragon 855 and features a stellar 6.4-inch bezel-free AMOLED screen. There’s a triple camera setup on the rear and a motorized pop-up selfie with 16MP.
