Xiaomi is currently the smartphone market player to beat in India and the company has inaugurated its 2000th Authorized Service Center in the country yesterday. Roughly a year ago, the company had 1000 service centers and it has doubled the number in just around a year in a vast market such as India and this number was at 500 in 2017. A press release from the company also stated that it is the first industry brand to be certified under ISO 9001 and 14001 for after-sales quality management systems.
Today, Xiaomi’s service centre network spans over 680 cities covering 90% of all districts. This includes farthest regions from the north and south such as Leh and Kanyakumari. Xiaomi’s service centers also now provide TV installation service across all pin codes in India.
