Xiaomi is celebrating another milestone for the Redmi Note 7 series in India. The successful Redmi smartphone series crossed the 5 million units sold since its launch in February. This impressive result includes the standard Redmi Note 7, Note 7 Pro and the Note 7s.

Moreover, the Chinese firm also announced that the Note 7 Pro is now on open sale in India. That means that customers can buy it anytime without having to wait for weekly flash sales. The Note 7 Pro still is a strong contender with its Snapdragon 675 and Sony’s IMX586 48MP camera. While the device has lost some appeal for recent releases, it still is a rock-solid device for anyone in the market looking for a mid-range device.

Indian customers can purchase the Note 7 Pro from Flipkart, Mi.com, Mi Home, Mi Studio, and Mi Preferred Partner stores in the country. The pricing starts at INR13,999 ($200/€185) and goes up to INR16,999 ($245/€225). Worth noting that these numbers refer to the Indian market alone.
