Today, Master Lu released the July 2019 fluency list for available smartphones. These rankings do not necessarily point to the “best” devices but they give customers an idea of what they are spending for. Master Lu’s fluency running points mainly looks at system file copying, desktop sliding, and web page loading. It also considers boot self-starting, APP use, photo viewing operations, etc. This is to verify the adaptability, optimization, and fluency of the mobile phone system UI.
