Back in 2009, the Taiwanese HTC was the number 1 smartphone maker on the planet. But it didn’t stay on the top even a year. In the past few years, HTC has been struggling against its competitors … and itself more. Seems nothing can save this company anymore. But though we are waiting for this manufacturer to announce it gives up the smartphone business, we get quite different news. Say, today, it became known the HTC Desire 19+ that was exclusive for the Taiwanese market will go to Europe soon.

However, there is nothing special coming our way from this handset. The HTC Desire 19+ sports a 6.2-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1520 x 720p. However, we should admit the side bezels are relatively slim. The phone uses a drop screen design. But unlike many other models on the market, the chin is thicker. The water drop area carries a 16MP selfie shooter, which also supports face unlock. Surprisingly, there is a triple-camera on the rear. But the sensors’ resolutions are not high. The main camera has a 13MP resolution, and the rest two have 5MP and 8MP resolutions, respectively.
Under the hood, it carries a MediaTek Helio P35 chip, which is considered to be more powerful than the Snapdragon 630. The chip is also paired with a 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, and a 3850mAh battery. By the way, the latter supports 10W charge.
As you can see, there is nothing ultra-attractive in the specs of the HTC Desire 19+. But surprisingly, the company will offer it in Europe for €329 ($369). Thus, it’s way more expensive than many quasi-flagship models on the market.
