According to Global Mobile Suppliers Association (GSA), as of August 2019, there are 100 models of 5G devices in the market. These devices range from smartphones to Hot Spot. In addition, GSA data shows that 39 wireless network operators worldwide have announced the launch of 3GPP-compatible 5G services. As of now, 296 operators in 100 countries have 5G services while 56 operators from 32 countries are now commercial. However, out of the 100 5G devices that have been released, only a handful of them is currently in the market. Unfortunately, some of these devices may never be widely used.
