iQOO Pro

Tomorrow is a big day for VIVO because it will launch its first 5G-enabled smartphone. As you should know, the iQOO Pro 5G version has been set to hit the market on August 22. However, besides the 5G version, seems there will be the original 4G variant as well. Today, it appeared on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

According to the official information, the standard version of the iQOO Pro will use a 6.41-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340×1080. Under the hood, it will carry the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor. The latter will be paired with an 8GB / 12GB RAM and 128GB / 256GB / 512GB ROM. As you guess, there will be various storage options you can choose from. The battery will have a capacity of 4410mAh. Our protagonist will come with Android 9 Pie out of the box.

As for the rest of the features, the VIVO iQOO Pro 4G variant will sport a triple camera, consisting of 48MP + 13MP + 2MP sensors combination. The front-facing camera will have a 12MP resolution. This phone will support dual card dual standby. At the last, it will have dimensions of 156.77 × 75.73 × 9.325mm and a weight of 215g.

The iQOO Pro has not appeared in any leaked promo document. So there is no information about its pricing and ship date. But we think VIVO will do its best to make it a cheap 5G smartphone, otherwise, it can’t compete with the models available on the market. Especially, we are talking about ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G.
