Galaxy M20s

Back in the last month, we brought up the news that Samsung is developing a smartphone with a 6,000mAh battery, probably is the Galaxy M20s. We know that Samsung will introduce many S-upgrades for both the Galaxy A and M series, and apparently, the Galaxy M20S will be a massive upgrade in terms of endurance.

A phone bearing the SM-M207 model number was revealed to carry a 5,830 mAh cell with the EB-BM207ABY product code. Now a new teaser just confirmed that we will be getting this massive battery inside a device of the M-series. According to some speculation, this handset is in fact the rumored Galaxy M20s. Samsung’s poster reveals the 6,000 number along with the slogan “Get ready to #GoMonster”.

Apart from the huge battery capacity, details about the remaining specifications are still scarce. We know that it will come with mid-range specifications and for an affordable price tag. Furthermore, it will focus on emerging markets where the standard M20 is available. Of course, we expect to see it coming with decent specifications even though it’s a mid-range smartphone. After all, there’s no point in having a large battery amount if the performance is bad. In addition, we believe that one of the features included will be the ability to reverse charging other smartphones (We can already see Samsung marketing this).

Unfortunately, there are no clues of when Samsung will unveil this battery monster. However, it will be soon, after all, the teaser clearly states that we must get ready for the monster. Stay tuned for more details about the M20s, as well as other S-upgrades for Samsung mid-range series.
