Vivo NEX 3 unboxing video surfaces online

We were talking just yesterday about the Vivo NEX 3 and its particular “waterfall” display, with bends on the edges of the smartphone in a much more pronounced way than the competition. Apparently, this is not its only peculiarity, according to a new unboxing video of the device, the smartphone is also devoid of almost all physical keys.

Vivo NEX 3 without physical buttons

There is in fact a power button that we could define as “emergency” at the top. On the sides, however, there is no buttons, because they would have ruined the beauty of the curved screen. In reality, the buttons are there, but they are not seen: you will have to press at a point on the edge, which is recognizable to the touch, to activate the power button; instead, pressing above or below it will raise or lower the volume. It’s a bit like the Pixels, only it’s not the whole side is pressure-sensitive, but just a certain area.

The rest of the video extends into photos and 5G speed test. Without revealing the complete specifications of the smartphone, which has not yet been officially presented. We are very curious to discover them, especially if it will actually have the new 120W Super FlashCharge.

According to the leaks, the Vivo NEX 3 will come with a massive 6,400mAh battery. This huge amount of juice will be charged by the company’s 120 SuperFlash Charge feature. If the new leak is accurate, then the NEX 3 will be the first handset to support Vivo’s new standard.
