Honor 20S will officially arrives on September 4th in China

A few days ago, it became known that a renewal will occur in the Honor 20 line, and the company will release the Honor 20S model. The announcement of the new device will be held on September 4, but already today the reception of pre-orders for it has been opened in China.

At the same time, the price tag for the device has not been announced and users are offered to decide on the possibility of buying the Honor 20S only on the basis of those characteristics that are known.

Preliminary information indicates that the smartphone has a 6-inch display with FullHD+ resolution, 8 GB of RAM and a 128/256 GB of internal storage.

The device is based on the 7-nanometer single-chip Kirin 810 Soc. Which has 8 processor cores with a peak frequency of 2.27 GHz and a Mali-G52 MP6 video accelerator.

It is known that the Honor 20S will ship with a triple rear camera, where the main sensor is a 48-megapixel sensor. For selfies, it should offer a 32-megapixel module.

The device will have a fingerprint scanner, fast-charging power of 20W. And the Android 9.0 Pie operating system with EMUI 9. Although there are predictions that it could be among the first devices to receive Android 10.

It is worth to mention that the device has paid a visit to Google Play Console database. Which reveals that unlike its siblings that have a punch-hole. The Honor 20S will opt for a more traditional waterdrop notch.
