Yesterday, a mysterious device designated “Huawei Dev Phone” appeared on AI benchmark. This smartphone comes with Huawei Kirin 990 5G chip. The AI performance of this chip is amazing. It scores 76206 which is over twice that of other SoCs. There are speculations that the “Huawei Dev Phone” may be a prototype of Huawei Mate 30 or Mate 30 Pro. This device comes with 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 10 system.
Previously at the IFA2019 global conference, Huawei’s consumer business CEO, Yu Chengdong, announced that the Mate 30 series will be officially released on September 19. Currently the Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro has obtained 3C certification. It supports 40W super fast charge and wireless charging.
