Vivo V17 Pro spotted on NBTC, launch on September 18th

The Vivo V17 Pro hasn’t been short of coverage on the rumour mill as it is expected to launch very soon in India. However, Vivo seems to be readying for its launch in more than just one country as the alleged model passed NBTC certification today, as reported by NashvilleChatterClass. We have previously seen many renders and promo material of the mid-range Vivo V17 Pro that has revealed the design of the full handset.

The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) of Thailand registered the Vivo 1910 phone which is believed to be the Vivo V17 Pro. The same model has also been certified at the EEC in Russia and  TDKN portal in Indonesia. The official vivo handles of Indonesia have already been teasing the V15 Pro successor for some time.

As per a Geekbench log of the same model, the Vivo V17 Pro sports the same processor as the V15 Pro which is the  Snapdragon 675. However, the upgrades are likely in the camera department as renders have shown a quad-camera setup on the rear and dual selfie cameras on the front.  As per latest information provided by 91mobiles, the handset will reportedly rock a 6.59-inch Super AMOLED display with 1,080 x 2,440 pixels resolution, in-display fingerprint scanner, and scratch-resistant glass. Also, it will launch on September 20 in India.
