Gizchina News of the week
The Redmi Note 8 lives up to the legacy of the Redmi Note line despite being a hasty upgrade. It offers a 6.3-inch dot notch Full-HD+ display with thin bezels and a 90% screen ratio. The quad-camera setup consists of a 48MP Sony sensor, an 8MP super wide-angle, 2MP depth of field and 2MP super macro sensors. The front has a solitary 13MP shooter. The processor is a minor upgrade at best, with a Snapdragon 665 taking the place of the Snapdragon 660 while the battery is just the same as the earlier Note 7 with an 18W in-box charger. The Note 8 series is expected to arrive in India as well before Diwali.
