CHUWI’s latest 2-in-1 tablet – UBook Pro has launched the preheat campaign for crowd-funding. After the well received UBook 2-in-1 tablet, users have been waiting for the successor of this series. CHUWI just brought out exactly what the consumers wanted — the fully refined UBook Pro with the advantages of the previous generation product and ironing out some drawbacks.  So we should have one our hands the most versatile and powerful 2-in-1 tablet CHUWI ever built.

According to the information that have already been released: UBook Pro has a 9 mm slim body, designed with simplicity and elegance, weighs at only 780g(≈1.72lbs), makes it can be easily carried in a backpack. Besides, UBook Pro also supports a magnet docking keyboard like its predecessor.

Visually, UBook Pro has a more light-weighted yet sturdy u-shaped kickstand, which is way more agile and convenient compared with Surface Pro’s whole metal plate kickstand. The UBook Pro is equipped with a full laminated 12.3-inch FHD IPS screen, brings vivid and vibrant image, Whether it’s working with pictures or watching video, it should satisfy the most critical eyes. Upgraded from the previous Intel Core M3-6y30 to the latest Intel Core M3-8100Y processor, Overall performance improved by more than 50%, The processor is built with Intel’s most advanced 14nm+ manufacturing process, dual-core, four threads, the highest frequency reaches up to 3.4 GHz, easily deals with daily office work, and even some moderate Adobe works. And the Intel UHD Graphics 615 can handle video editing and even some gaming.

As we can see from the released product pictures UBook Pro is equipped with quite many  ports: 2* USB-A, 1* USB-C (is said to be full-featured and support PD fast charging), 1*Micro HDMI, 1*3.5 mm headphone jack, and also a DC power supply jack, Docking contactor in the bottom, and a TF card reader.
