Motorola Razr 2020: new design for the foldable phone

Motorola Razr 2020

Lenovo is one of the companies in the smartphone industry that works on a phone that you can fold. For example, the Chinese producer will introduce the Motorola Razr foldable phone before 2020. This will probably be the cheapest folding phone to date (except for the Royole Flexpai). In the past, the company has already registered several prototypes and in April this year, LetsGoDigital managed to report on a significant patent for a Lenovo foldable smartphone with a clamshell design. This time we have a simpler design that is likely to be realized faster.

The latest details on the Motorola RAZR 2020

Motorola has also decided to bet on flexible technology, however, its foldable mobile model has nothing to do with what we have seen in the other brands. While Samsung, Xiaomi and Huawei opted for a tablet-shaped deployment, the company in Lenovo’s hands shows a completely opposite aesthetic. The Motorola Razr would be designed to meet the needs of the original model. By replacing the typical hinge with the flexible screen.

Gizchina News of the week

LetsGoDigital has announced the original patents of a terminal that would be shown to the world as one of the most innovative today. We find a foldable mobile in shell format. With a screen that can reach 6.2 inches in size when fully deployed. Also, the Motorola Razr would have a secondary display abroad to notify users in the case of notifications. But the most surprising of all is that the terminal could bend at several points, not only in the central part. In this way, users can adapt the shape of the smartphone to their needs.

At the moment, the date of presentation or the approximate price for which this device could be released is unknown. What has been confirmed is that the Motorola Razr will arrive with a unique design. A standard battery and a mid-range processor. We will have to wait for the official information of the brand to confirm all the details.
