After a long and barren 2019, Nokia is finally back with an upper mid-range upgrade in the super active Indian market today. The handset was shown off at IFA 2019 along with the Nokia 6.2, but we’re only seeing the former launch in India today. The key highlights of the phone include its premium build, the 48MP rear camera, and a stock Android upgradable to Android 10. The Nokia 7.2 price in India is set at Rs. 18,599 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant, while the 6GB + 64GB version is priced Rs. 19,599. It comes in Charcoal and Cyan Green colour options and will be sold on Flipkart starting September 23.
Launch offers include zero down payment, zero processing fee, and no interest cost on purchases made through Bajaj Finance, IDFC First Bank, HDFC Bank CD loans, and HDBFS until October 31. Flipkart’s Big Billion Days festival sale will offer a 10 percent instant discount for the Nokia 7.2 forICICI Bank credit cards and Axis Bank credit and debit cards.

The Nokia 7.2 is a dual SIM device and also has room for expandable storage up to 512GB. It has a 6.3-inch full-HD+ display with HDR10 support, Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a waterdrop notch design. It’s a PureDisplay panel with always-on HDR technology. The smartphone is also powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, paired with up to 6GB of RAM.
For camera hardware, buyers will get a 48MP sensor with an f/1.79 lens, an 8MP secondary sensor, and a 5MP depth sensor. The front, on the other hand, has a 20MP lens. Besides, the smartphone packs a 3,500mAh battery.
