Chinese manufacturer, Huawei, usually tops the DxOmark ranking whenever a new flagship smartphone arrives. The latest Huawei Mate 30 Pro did not disappoint. The Huawei P30 Pro was on top of DxOmark ranking for many months before the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G. Latest ranking from DxOmark shows that Huawei Mate 30 Pro scored 121 points in the DxOmark imaging score. This is 4 points higher than the Galaxy Note 10+ 5G.

In the image section, the Mate 30 Pro hit 131 points while the video and self-timer scores are 100 and 93 points respectively. According to the evaluation, the Mate 30 Pro’s exposure processing, zooming, and night shooting are excellent. In addition, the camera algorithm such as white balance is better than the P30 Pro. Relative to the P30 Pro, Huawei Mate 30 Pro’s telephoto is only slightly better but with the superb AI algorithm, soft and hard tuning, the Mate 30 Pro’s zoom photo is far better than the P30 Pro.
However, in the selfie department, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G is ahead of the Mate 30 Pro. While the latter scores 99 points, the former manages 93 points. The Huawei Mate 30 series was recently released in China. Interestingly, the prices are very similar to its pricing in Europe.
