Samsung has finally launched the S-Upgrade of the Galaxy A70 smartphone in the Indian market. Samsung Galaxy A70s is the now officially the company’s first smartphone to feature 64MP rear camera. Since the last couple of weeks, the South Korean smartphone maker has been quite consistent in launching S-upgrades of the Galaxy lineup. Putting an end to all the rumors and leaks, Galaxy A70s has finally made its global debut today. Here is everything you need to know about Samsung Galaxy A70s.

Samsung Galaxy A70s: Price, Availability

The Galaxy A70s comes in two memory variants – 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB options. Speaking of colors, the device is available in three hues namely Prism Crush Red, Prism Crush Black, and Prism Crush White. The base variant of the device is priced at INR 28,999 (roughly 411 USD) while the top-end model will set you back INR 30,999 (roughly 439 USD). Coming to the availability, the device will hit the stores starting from September 28th.

Samsung is also offering various telecom specific offers in partnership with Reliance Jio and Airtel. Reliance Jio users can make use of Jio Double Data offer on the recharge of INR 198 and INR 299. Airtel, on the other hand, is offering Double Data on the recharge of INR 249, INR 299 and INR 349.

Specifications, Features

Samsung Galaxy A70s has the same core spec as that of its predecessor i.e. Galaxy A70. The device boasts a massive 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-U panel having Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) resolution. The smartphone also features an in-display fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard memory. The internal storage is expandable via MicroSD card to up to 512GB.

In terms of imaging, the smartphone comes with a triple camera module consisting of a 64MP primary sensor, 5MP depth sensor, and 8MP ultra-wide lens. The cameras support 4K Ultra HD recording and features Night Mode, Live Focus and 123-degree viewing angles. For selfie, there is a 32MP front snapper hidden inside the notch. Fueled by 4,500mAh battery, the device runs on Android 9 Pie based on One UI software. It also supports 25W fast charging along with Dolby Atmos for the immersive sound experience.
