Infinix might be an underdog in the Indian market ruled by heavyweights like Samsung and Xiaomi right now. However, this isn’t stopping the company from introducing some great products. The Transsion Holdings brand has debuted the Infinix S5. This handset brings a hole-punch display, a 32MP selfie camera, and more under the Rs 9,000 bracket in India for the first time.
Coming to specifics, the Infinix S5 has a 6.6-inch HD+ display with a 90.5% screen-to-body ratio and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The hole-punch is home to a 32MP selfie shooter. Underneath, the handset houses an octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 12nm SoC with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of on-board expandable storage.
The rear camera has a 16MP + 5MP + 2MP + low-light VGA sensor where the 5MP sensor is an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 2.5cm macro option. The rear material is also glass with an underlying pattern which the company calls 3D Crystal Feather Glass Design. comes with dedicated dual SIM and microSD card slots and packs a 4000mAh battery and Android 9.0 software that is skinned with XOS 5.5.
