The Chinese smartphone world will give birth to a new smartphone on October 31 – It’s the Smartisan Nut Pro 3. Smartisan is a familiar company in the smartphone scene, however, it had been silent in recent months. However, seems that their most anticipated smartphone will be a new twist for them. According to a leaked specs sheet, the Nut Pro 3 is a flagship to look at.
The Specifications emerged via Weibo’s @Digital Chat Station account revealing pretty much everything we need to know about the handset. The Nut Pro 3 bears DT1901A serial and boasts a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with a 2340 x 1080 resolution. The display has small bezels but still features a teardrop notch at the top that serves as a house for the 20MP selfie camera.
Gizchina News of the week
Under the hood, the Smartisan Nut Pro 3 boasts the Snapdragon 855+ with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of Storage. The camera department is composed of a Quad-Camera setup that comprises a 48MP f/1.75 sensor + 13MP ultrawide + 8MP telephoto + 5MP macro camera. The handset draws power from a 4000mAh battery with support for 9V/2A and 5V/3A fast charging. The handset doesn’t support wireless charging, also there’s no NFC and no 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Nut 3 Pro weight is 185 grams and it has 7.8 millimeters of thickness. There’s no mention of the actual Android version, but we’re not holding our breath for Android 10.
Sounds awesome in most specs, with the exception of no wireless charging and especially no NFC. I Wonder if it’s IP67-68? Well, it’s all a mute point anyway, it won’t hit our coastlines anyways.
