Samsung’s Galaxy A90 is the cheapest 5G phone in the South Korean conglomerate’s portfolio right now. It has been only a few months and the company is already closing in on the Galaxy A90s which will feature a 4,200mAh battery. It is expected to have 5G support as well.
The Galaxy A90 which made its debut in September is only the third Samsung phone to have 5G connectivity other than the Galaxy S10 5G and Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G. Now, according to SafetyKorea certification site, Samsung is about to unveil an upgraded, rather new version of this phone, possibly named Galaxy A90s. The site revealed the 4,200mAh battery which will be powering this phone. Previous reports claimed it will bear the model number SM-A907F and will come with 128GB of internal storage.

Since the Galaxy A90 arrived with 5G support, chances are high for the Galaxy A90s to have it as well. Nothing else is known about the device at the moment except for its model number, internal storage, battery capacity.
Samsung killed the Galaxy J and Galaxy On series smartphones earlier this year and replaced them with the new Galaxy M and a revamped Galaxy A range. A ton of models were launched in the first half of 2019 under the series across entry-level to premium segment. And now in the second half of the year, Samsung started launching a slightly upgraded version of those models with ‘s’ attached to their name.
