Vivo is yet to officially launch the V17 in India but the phone has already leaked multiple time revealing its design and specifications previously. If that wasn’t much, a hands-on video and images have been shared on the web today suggesting the device has already reached the local retailers.
In case you are not aware of, Vivo has already launched the V17 in Russia as a rebranded S1 Pro but the one coming to India quite a revamped product. As per the previous leak and the new hands-on video as well as images, the V17 for India will feature camera placement as the Galaxy M30s and the upcoming premium phones from Samsung. On the hand, the V17 for Russia features a unique diamond-shaped array for cameras.

As for the front, the V17 for India will sport a 6.44-inches punch-hole AMOLED display compared to a 6.38-inches dew-drop notched display on the Russian version. Moreover, the former will be powered by Snapdragon 675 SoC paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM, instead of Snapdragon 665. The other features of the phone include a microSD card slot, 32MP selfie camera, 48MP + 8MP +2MP + 2MP quad-camera setup, in-screen fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 4,500 battery with support for 18W fast charging.
The Vivo V17 launch in India is scheduled for tomorrow, i.e. Monday the 9th December.
