Back in March, Apple announced Apple Arcade as a streaming game service came with a price of $5 per month. That price does offer a great deal if you consider the number of games that are being added to Arcade’s portfolio and the upcoming exclusives. Now, Apple wants to give one more payment option to users who want to get a yearly plan.
Users residing in Apple’s homeland, the US, can pay USD50 for a complete year of Arcade usage. The price goes to CAD60 if you’re in Canada. When it comes to the UK and mainland Europe, it’s GBP50 and EUR50 respectively. In the end, users who opt for the annual plan will be saving around $10 after the 12-month period.

The process of switching to an annual plan is as simple as it can be. You just need to go into the App Store >> Account >> Subscriptions and change the Arcade subscription from “1 Month” to “1 Year”.
Apple’s Arcade subscription process is similar to that of Apple Music and as promised, it is possible to share the subscription with members of the family. Once subscribed, you can access the catalog of a hundred games exclusive to this offer and install them on the iPad or the iPhone. All titles are playable offline but require a lot of storage space. After all, the majority of games are bigger than 1GB in size.
