We already know that Samsung is gearing up to unveil the Galaxy Note 10 Lite along with the S10 Lite. Unfortunately, we don’t know exactly when the South-Korean firm will unveil these two new smartphones. If they don’t come before the end of this year, we’ll probably see them early in 2020 perhaps at CES 2020. The two handsets may also receive different names in certain markets, turning Galaxy A81 and A91.

The Galaxy Note 10 Lite received Bluetooth certification alongside its S10 sibling earlier this month. Now, the papers have been updated with a piece of interesting information. According to the certification document, the Note 10 Lite will support the latest Bluetooth 5.1 standard. It will bring a powerful and useful feature that Bluetooth 5.0 lacks – positioning.

With the use of Bluetooth 5.1, the Note 10 Lite will know where precisely the S Pen is allowing for more accurate and advanced gestures. It’s curious to see that the referred gestures will work better in the Note 10 Lite than on the Note 10 and 10 Plus variants. Of course, we are assuming that Samsung developers will be making a good use of the advanced hardware. After all, the sole presence of Bluetooth 5.1 can’t do all the magic.

According to rumors, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite will come with Exynos 9810 SoC. Moreover, it will make use of Samsung’s new 2020 square-ish camera island to house a triple-camera setup.
