PlayStation®4 has a new $35 key connector board – will sell from Jan. 16


According to PlayStation China, Sony Interactive Entertainment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced today that it will launch the DUALSHOCK®4 rear side key connection board on January 16, 2020. From this report, this key connector board for Sony PlayStation®4 will sell for 249 yuan ($35).

According to the official introduction, the DUALSHOCK® rear key connection board is suitable for all players who love competitive games. This new accessory provides richer features and a more powerful performance while maintaining the comfort and feel of the DUALSHOCK® wireless controller. This further enhances the gaming experience.

The product has a smooth shape and it comes with two customizable high-sensitivity rear keys. This allows players to use their hands more flexibly and it shortens the reaction time. With this, players can gain advantages in competitive games.

The two rear keys can map up to 16 different actions, such as the triangle key, circle key, R1 key, and R2 key. In addition, it also provides excellent tactile feedback. Players can naturally control the rhythm of jumping and sliding when operating. The product uses an OLED display which shows button assignment information in real-time.

Players can instantly remap the input of the back keys. In addition, players can select and save up to three different profiles and are equipped with a headset pass-through interface, which can connect any 3.5 mm wired headset to the controller. The product has been tested and approved for all PlayStation®4 and PlayStation®VR games and fits perfectly into the ergonomic design of the DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller.
