Earlier today, LG announced its new Ultra lineup of monitors catering both professionals and gamers. The lineup consists of three new 2020 monitors will see its official unveiling on the upcoming CES 2020. To recall, CES 2020 will commence from January 7 in Las Vegas, United States. Coming back to the monitors, the South Korean company published the details of these new ranges of monitors on its newsroom website. The new lineup includes UltraFine Ergo, UltraGear Gaming and an UltraWide monitor.
LG UltraFine Ergo Display 2020 (32UN880)
First up, we’re looking at the all-new UltraFine Ergo Monitor that comes with a 32-inch 4K UHD IPS display. The company is touting flexible and ergonomic design targetting professionals out there. The key feature of the monitor is its space-saving stand that can clasp at your desk. Since it’s arm we’re talking about here, you can adjust the height, distance and angle for a more comfortable experience.
The monitor features a screen of 3840×2160 pixels resolution having a refresh rate of 60Hz. Furthermore, the monitor comes with HDR10 support for the better movie experience. It supports AMD Radeon FreeSync with a response time of 5ms. Coming to the connectivity, the monitor features one USB Type-C port, two HDMI, one DP and two USB port.

LG UltraGear Gaming Monitor 2020 (27GN950)
As mentioned earlier, LG has also added a new product to its popular UltraGear gaming monitor lineup. The all-new 2020 variant will feature a 27-inch Nano IPS 4K UHD display having a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels resolution. Since it is a gaming laptop, the display comes with a refresh rate of 144Hz (160Hz OC) along with a 1ms response time. It also comes with the support of GSync with DisplayPort adaptive sync.
For ergonomics, you can adjust height, pivot and tilt of the monitor for better viewing angles. Coming up to the connectivity, there is no USB Type-C port, two HDMI port, one DisplayPort and three USB port.
UltraWide Monitor 2020 (38WN95C)
It features a 38-inch UltraWide QHD+ Nano IPS display having a resolution of 3840×1600 pixels and a response time of 1ms. Like the UltraGear, this variant too comes with a support of GSynch and VESADisplayHDR 600. Coming to the refresh rate, the monitor offers 144Hz which should be good for most gaming need. Coming to the connectivity, there is a single Thunderbolt 3 port, two HDMI, one DisplayPort and two USB port.
As of now, there is no pricing or availability information except for the fact that these televisions will see its official unveiling on the upcoming CES 2020 event.
