As promised, Realme is all set to launch its first 5G smartphone much sooner than expected. The company has already teased the phone to be called X50 which will work on both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G networks. Additionally, the entire spec sheet of the phone leaked on the web earlier. And now, we even have an estimated launch date hinted by the brandâs product manager himself, as reported by Mysmartprice.
On the Chinese microblogging site, Weibo, one of the users asked Wang Derek, the product manager of Realme, regarding the launch of X50. Replying to that, he said the device will be announced before the Spring Festival which falls on 25th January. That suggests the phone to debut well before the end of 1st month of 2020. Whereas, another user asked whether it will feature 120Hz refresh and to that Derek simply questioned: âIf so, would you buy it?â (rough Chinese translation). Anyways, according to the leaked specifications, it will have a 90Hz refresh rate panel.
