Acer Launches ConceptD, ConceptD Pro Range of Laptops, Desktops in India

Acer recently launched a plethora of products in the Indian market under its new ConceptD lineup. The brand has added powerful notebooks, high-end computers as well as few monitors to the series. With this new range, the company is targetting both consumers as well as commercial use. As per the brand, all these products are optimized for professional creators such as graphic designers, filmmakers, engineers, architects, and developers.

The all-new range includes ten different products namely ConceptD 500 Desktop, ConceptD 3, 9, 7 and 5 Notebooks, CP3 Monitor, ConceptD 9 Pro, 7 Pro, 5 Pro, and 3 Pro.

The ConceptD 500 desktop features an Intel Core i9-990K processor which comes with 8 cores, 16 threads, and up to 5.0Ghz clock rate. Since we’re looking at the high-end desktop, it comes with up to Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 GPU.  The desktop comes with a price tag of INR 99,999 (roughly $1404). Interested buyers will be able to get it from January next year.

Moving on to the laptops, the ConceptD and ConceptD Pro series comes with a 4K display with 100 percent Adobe RGB gamut. The company is touting Delta E <2 color accuracy which should be perfect for designers, filmmakers, and content creators. The range of laptops features up to Nvidia GeForce/Quadro RTX GPU paired with Intel 9th-Gen processors.

Unlike the desktop, the ConceptD 9 touts a whopping price tag of INR 3,59,999 (roughly $5000) and more. Fortunately, the company has three more laptops under this laptop namely ConceptD 7, 5 and 3 with INR 1,79,999 (~$2527), INR 1,09,999 (~$1544) and INR 99,999 (~$1400) respectively. All these four laptops come with Nvidia’s RTX certification with different price points.

Lastly, the company has launched a brand new 27-inch IPS LCD monitor dubbed ConceptD CP. The monitor offers 4K UHD resolution, plenty of ports, built-in light sensors, and a light-shielding hood. The monitor will also be up for grabs starting from January 2020 with INR 99,999 price tag (roughly $1400).
