ZTE announced that the upcoming ZTE Axon 10s Pro will be very similar to the Axon 10 Pro. Well, at least on the externals. After all, a major change is coming to the hardware-side. The referred devices have passed through TENAA certification revealing that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 865 SoC. Moreover, it will include the Snapdragon X55 modem that enables 5G connectivity.

ZTE has been keeping a low profile when it comes to revealing the launch date. However, the handset’s appearance on the regulator’s website is a good hint that is close to launching.

TENNA’s listing also confirms that the ZTE Axon 10s Pro 5G will come with a 6.47-inch display featuring a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. Moreover, it includes an under-display fingerprint scanner just like its predecessor.

The 10s Pro bears ZTE A2020 SP model number and comes with a 3,900mAh battery minimum capacity. As we already said, the dimensions of the handset are exactly the same as Axon 10 Pro. However, ZTE ensures that new improved software with no less than six boosters. All these improvements will come up under the name Z-Booster 2.0.

With the Chinese Spring Festival starting on January 25, we believe that ZTE would prefer to reveal the 10s Pro 5G before the festival. We’ll keep an eye in eventual leaks about this particular device.
