According to recent reports, the boss of the Swedish company, Ericsson, recently told the media that no 5G company is ahead of Ericsson. Ericsson CEO, Borje Ekholm, dismissed China’s Huawei as a leader in 5G, saying that “no one is ahead of us” in this technology. He told the media at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland: “When no one is ahead of us, I think it’s a bit tough to say we’re behind.” Ekholm said that “despite the recent troubles Huawei faces, it creates uncertainty in the market…”.
