Galaxy Buds+

We’re just a few weeks away now from finally having an official look at Samsung’s Galaxy S20 series. The highly-anticipated flagships will be revealed on February 11. According to reports, these devices will be on pre-orders until March 13. Now, a new report indicates that those who pre-order the Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra will get the unreleased Galaxy Buds+ truly wireless earphones for free.

The information comes straight from the very reliable leakster Evan Blass. He shared a promo image for the pre-orders on Twitter. It includes the S20+, S20 Ultra and the Buds+. It corroborates previous design leaks. With the inclusion of the Galaxy Buds+ in the pre-order bundle it seems that Samsung wants to push forward the popularity of their new hearables.

It’s interesting to point out that until the moment Samsung didn’t disclose any information about the Galaxy Buds+. Their existence is undeniable, and now, every rumor about them gained force with the latest leak. The new truly wireless earphones are coming with improved audio quality and extra battery life. However, they will lack active noise control which is disappointing for some audio enthusiasts. For instance, Apple has ANC on its AirPods Pro earbuds. For that reason, it’s hard to believe that Samsung’s upcoming earbuds will compete directly with the product of its major rival.

The new hearables will be unveiled on February 11 along with the S20 series and Galaxy Z Flip.
