The answer will come directly from the @Android account and will be public: the firm has ostensibly made the choice not to provide support via private messages. The goal is probably to encourage Internet users to consult the answers already available before asking their questions. Google gives some more details about this program in a post on Reddit.

We learn that users can ask general questions around troubleshooting, questions around identity and authentication, accessibility, security, “and many other Android features” adds the firm. Google does not share the reasons that pushed it to launch this technical support on Twitter.

For the time being it seems that it is not possible to ask questions in languages ​​other than English – although one can probably hope that with time variations of the system will be offered in other languages.
