According to previous reports, LG Electronics originally planned to release the new LG V60 ThinQ series at the MWC World Mobile Conference taking place in Barcelona on February 24th. But the company decided not to attend the most important event in the mobile industry altogether due to the Coronavirus outbreak currently happening in China.
LG V60 ThinQ Teaser Leaked: It’ll Pack 4 Cameras, 5000mAh Battery and Headphone Jack
Today, well-known leakster Evan Blass (a.k.a. @evleaks) leaked some images from a promotional video for the LG V60 ThinQ; the two screenshots revealed a couple of the main features we’ll find on the new phone.
Let’s start with back cover, in which we find a total of four cameras aligned horizontally. Of course, we do not have any real data about the sensor resolutions and lenses, but we can safely assume there’s a primary camera with a minimum resolution of 48MP, we’ll then find an ultra wide angle lens and a telephoto one. Meanwhile on the front, the screenshot suggest the presence of a single front snapper hidden in a notch.

Another detail we see clearly in the image is the microphone configuration. The LG V60 ThinQ appears to feature four microphones which probably come handy to record high quality audio in videos; audio recordings and great noise cancellation during calls.
Staying in the audio department. We’re glad to see that LG kept a 3.5mm audio jack on their upcoming device; which is sadly becoming an exception on flagship phones.
Finally, the last component we can clearly see in the screenshots is the battery on-board. According to the leak, the V60 ThinQ is indeed equipping an extra large 5000mAh, another feature which many potential customers would enjoy.
As far as other specs are concerned, we expect the smartphone to pack the latest and most powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 CPU; along with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
All over that.
That’s crazy. I brought my v40 a year ago. Then v50 came out shortly after that and now the v60. They need to give some type of trade in credits for people who want that phone. Because that will cost $1000+
I’m still enjoying my Samsung for now…..
Also the main point is they will never give android updates what’s the point of having flagship .. it will be endless waiting for security patches or any os upgrades.
Dont know what LG you own, but I still have my V40 and it has more security updates than my girlfriend’s note 9. I just had a security update last week and a month before that.
