Following reports of the OnePlus 8 series getting closer to its release – we could indeed see the smartphones released in late March or early April – the Chinese phone maker has now decided to drop the price of their latest flagship – the OnePlus 7T Pro .
OnePlus 7T Pro Price Drops as OnePlus 8 Series Nears
OnePlus’ 7T Pro did indeed drop in price in China from 4599 Yuan to 3999 Yuan; which is about $570 at the current exchange rates. Chinese customers can also enjoy 6-month interest-free rates. Now, we do not know if the example from the Asian country will be followed by other countries, but if it were, then many could enjoy a brand new 7T Pro at a discounted price.
For those who aren’t aware of what the latest OnePlus flagship comes with; here’s a quick refresher. The OnePlus 7T Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus; along with 8GB of RAM and a minimum of 256GB of UFS 3.0 internal storage. So plenty of memory for a super smooth user experience.

The smartphone then feature an extra large 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with 3120 x 1440 pixel resolution, 90 Hz refresh rate and HDR+ support. The device also passed the German VDE eye protection certification and there is a new reading mode; which can intelligently adjust the color gamut and color saturation, making the reading experience more comfortable.
In terms of photography, the OnePlus 7T Pro sports a 48MP ultra-clear three-camera design that supports 117 ° ultra-wide-angle video shooting, backlit portrait mode, night scenes, 2.5cm macro photography and 3x hybrid zoom.
Finally, the smartphone is powered by a 4085mAh capacity battery with super fast War Charge 30W (5V/6A) support, NFC chip and the excellent Oxygen OS based on Android 10. Once again, the 7T Pro is now available in China for as low as 3999 Yuan ($570); hopefully other countries will quickly follow suit.
