Yesterday, Lu Weibing, president of Xiaomi Group China and General Manager of Redmi brand revealed that the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro’s DxOMark score will pleasantly surprise. He didn’t talk much about the camera of this handset. But such a statement simply means there is another rival to the Huawei P line handsets.
Honestly, just recently, we have heard the Mi 10 Pro has been sent to DxOMark for testing. If you are no aware of, the quad-camera on the back of the phone consists of a 108MP sensor. And while many other top brands still can’t boast of such a camera, this is the third camera with a 100MP camera coming our way from Xiaomi. The first was the Xiaomi CC9 Pro, jointly designed with Meitu. And the second one was the concept phone, namely the Xiaomi Mi MIX Alpha.
Gizchina News of the week
In the second half of last year, the Xiaomi CC9 Pro was the first mass-produced smartphone with a 100MP sent to the commercial use. Not accidentally, it became one of the best performing smartphones in the DxOMark list at the time.
Now, the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro may dominate DxOMark and grab the first place.
Anyways, in terms of key features, the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro adopt a punch-hole screen. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 flagship platform, which supports SA/NSA dual-mode 5G networks. And as we have informed you, the Mi 10 series will come standard with the LPDDR5 memory and UFS 3.0 flash storage. Also, they all support WiFi 6.
The phone is set to be unveiled on February 13 through an online conference.
