Samsung Galaxy A30, Galaxy A50s Started Receiving Android 10

Galaxy A50s

Samsung has already rolled out the stable Android 10 and One UI 2.0 update on its flagship devices. It seems like the company is now targetting the midrange and budget devices. Earlier today, the smartphone maker started rolling out the Android 10 update to two more devices namely Samsung Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A30.

This is quite surprising considering the fact that Android 10 update for most of the mid-range Galaxy A devices was scheduled for April. For the Galaxy A50s, the Android 10 software update brings the software version A507FNXXU3BTB2. Furthermore, the new update also includes February 2020 Android security patch.

The Android 10 Update for the Galaxy A50s is currently rolling out in Vietnam. Apart from this, the Galaxy A30 has also started receiving the Android 10 update. Well, this update is rolling out in India, not Vietnam. The update brings software version A305FDDU4BTB3 and February 2020 security patch. For those who haven’t received the update notification, you can check for the update manually. To do that, head over to Settings>>Software Update and then tap on Download and Install option.

Considering the update has now rolled out for these two devices sooner than expected, we might see the same happening for the other Galaxy A devices. Coming to the update, it should have all the core features of Android 10 such as new gestures, Digital Wellbeing and improved privacy and location controls.
