On February 11, 2020, Samsung finally revealed its next generation of flagship smartphone dubbed Galaxy S20 lineup. As expected, the chaebol launched three devices in the lineup namely Galaxy S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra. During the official launch, the smartphone maker announced the permanent price drop for its previous-gen Galaxy S10 devices. Well, the price drop has now made its way to the Indian market.
Samsung Galaxy S10 Receives Permanent Price Drop in India
Even though the new devices has not made its way to the Indian market, the brand has started offering the Galaxy S10 devices with the new price cut. You can now find the Galaxy S10 smartphones’ new pricing on the Samsung India website. The Galaxy S10 is now up for grabs for a starting price of INR 54,990. It is down from the launch price of INR 66,900 making a whopping INR 12,000 price cut.

The new pricing for the Galaxy S10 Plus is INR 61,900 which is down from the launch price of INR 73,9000. This gives it a net price drop of INR 12,000. It is worth mentioning that both the devices are only up for grabs in the 128GB storage variant. Lastly, the Galaxy S10e is now priced at INR 47,900 with a net price drop of INR 8,000. For those who’re unaware, the device was launched with a price tag of INR 55,9000. Again, this device is also available in the 128GB storage variant.
With the S10 lineup getting official price cut, we might see the Galaxy S20 devices hitting the Indian market soon. With that said, if you’ve been waiting for the S10 device or planning to get one, then now might be a perfect time. It is also worth mentioning that the S10 Plus is now also available in two different color options – Ceramic White and Ceramic Black finishes.
