Samsung has scheduled an event for February 25 to unveil the long-rumored Galaxy M31 smartphone in India later this month. Now, ahead of its launch, new leaks about the device have emerged online, revealing the pricing of the phone.
As per a report by IANS, the Samsung Galaxy M31 could be launched in India at around the Rs. 15,999 mark ($225 approximately) for the base model. The device will be made available in the country through the e-commerce giant Flipkart, which is likely to retail the device paired with several deals and offers to make the Galaxy M31 more affordable for buyers.
The Galaxy M31 smartphone will be available in two different variants. The base model will carry 6GB of RAM with 64GB internal storage. Samsung may also launch the 128GB storage variant, but no details about the pricing of the higher model are available at the moment.

Additionally, the report noted that the Samsung Galaxy M31 device will later go live on open sale in India during the start of the next month, which could be in between the first week of March. The smartphone will also be available to buy via Amazon India and Samsung’s online shop itself.
Samsung Galaxy M31 Specifications
As per the previous leaks and rumors, the Galaxy M31 is likely to sport a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display. The panel will operate at a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. As the device is the successor of the Galaxy M30, it will also pack a behemoth 6,000-mAh battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy M31 smartphone will also feature a quad-camera setup at the back. That includes a 64-megapixel primary camera, with an ultra-wide-angle lens and two dedicated depth and macro sensors. The handset is likely to run on the latest Android 10 OS based on top of the Samsung’s One UI 2.0 custom skin.
