According to a new leak, it would seem that the technical specifications of the new Microsoft console suggest a clear superiority compared to Sony’s next-gen machine.

Eurogamer website has shared a leak that showcases some specs that would be specific for the next Xbox X Series and the PS5. The difference highlighted by the leak lies in the GPU. It is said that the Microsoft platform will arrive at launch with a configuration equivalent to that of a high-end performance PC, with 56 Navi GPU compute units, opposed to the 36 PS5 units.

If this leak proves to be reliable, it will mean that Microsoft will approach the new generation in a much more aggressive way than it has with the current generation. In addition to this, the Series X can also count on the support of a park of development teams of the highest level, with the Xbox Games Studios that have many studios among their ranks such as Obsidian Entertainment, 343 Industries, Ninja Theory, Rare, The Initiative and many more.

It, therefore, appears that the chess game between Microsoft and Sony is only in its infancy.
