Xiaomi Mi 10 series will not re-stock – at least not for now

Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro

Chinese manufacturing giant, Xiaomi, recently released the Xiaomi Mi 10 series. The Xiaomi Mi 10 held its first official sales on February 14th and it sold out in 60 seconds. Similarly, the Mi 10 Pro hit the shelves today but only for 55 seconds. The total sales of both smartphones collectively exceed 400 million yuan ($57.1 million). This shows that the Mi 10 series is quite popular. However, it may soon run out of stock.

Pan Jiutang, a partner of Xiaomi investment department, said…”The supply chain of these products should mainly be driven out before the Spring Festival. Due to the delay of resumption of work, the subsequent supply may have a short period of time…”

This implies that after the current stock runs out, users may have to wait for a while. This is basically because the production factory is locked due to the Coronavirus situation. According to Xiaomi’s CEO, Lei Jun, the production capacity of the Mi 10 series is sufficient. However, he also noted that the resumption of factory operations in February has been delayed, and supplies will be tight in the next week or two.

According to Xiaomi’s president, Lin Bin, he is “calling the supply factory every day to urge production capacity day and night.”

Now, I understand why suppliers , sell with double price. ( Normal price is 620$ – suppliers sell with 1199$). Well, do you think is normal? I don’t agree, my opinion
This is not fair , but I try to understand.
I’ll wait until the suppliers will sell normal price.
