Back in July 2019, Nokia launched its Penta camera touting smartphone dubbed Nokia 9 PureView in the Indian market. The device comes with flagship-level internal hardware such as Snapdragon 845 SoC, 6GB RAM, Penta rear camera setup and fast charging support. Even though the phone comes with solid hardware, it hasn’t tasted the sheer success in the market. This is largely due to the fact that it was launched with an expensive price tag of INR 49,999 (roughly $693).
Nokia 9 PureView Price in India Drops to INR 34,999
Now, HMD Global has introduced a permanent price cut of INR 15,000 (roughly $208) on the device. This brings the final price of the device to INR 34,999 (roughly $485). This might be done in order to bring more sales to the device. It is also worth mentioning that the competitors were offering much better package at the original price tag. With that said, interested buyers can now get the device at a discounted price from Flipkart and Nokia website.
