Realme took today’s big unveiling of the Realme X50 Pro as a great opportunity to reveal some details about the future. Apart from the new 5G smartphone, the company revealed that it has at least 5 more 5G smartphones in tow for 2020. Moreover, the company yet again teased its upcoming smartband. The health and fitness tracker was officially confirmed for March 5. In addition, the Chinese firm is also planning to bring its smartwatch as part of its IoT product strategy going forward.

The company wants to cater to 3 distinct product categories – personal, home and travel. The personal product category includes active noise canceling (ANC) headphones, smartwatch, and smart bands to go along with the truly wireless (TWS) earbuds and basic Realme earphones that are already on sale. Moreover, the company wants to fill the market with more home products. That includes the upcoming smart TVs, smart speakers, soundbars and connected home appliances. The latter includes a smart scale and robot vacuum. These products will appear in Q2 this year in India. Last but not least, the company will expand its travel products with new suitcases, backpacks, clothing, power banks, and more accessories.
