IQOO 3 is official with Snapdragon 865, LPDDR5, UFS 3.1 and 5G support


IQOO 3 is officially launched in India. High performance, top of the range hardware specifications, compatibility with 5G networks (but there is also the 4G model) and a particular attention to gaming and photography are the peculiarities of this new device.

Another important innovation introduced by iQOO 3 5G is the iQOO UI. A user interface based on dynamic wallpapers and a series of dedicated features, including the Monster Mode. Let’s now discover the main specifications of this smartphone, ready to give a hard battle to the top of the range currently available on the market.

The iQOO 3 packs a 6.44-inch Full HD+ 20:9 Super AMOLED screen with 180Hz Super Touch Response rate and a 16MP camera inside the tiny punch-hole. It is powered by Snapdragon 865 with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and runs Android 10 with iQOO UI 1.0. The phone has Carbon Fiber VC Liquid Cooling that can reduce the surface temperature by up to 3.5°C and CPU temperature by up to 12°C.

It packs a quad rear cameras that includes a 48MP main camera, 13MP telephoto lens for up to 20x digital zoom, 13MP 120° ultra-wide-angle lens that can also shoot macro image and 2MP depth camera. The phone features an in-display fingerprint scanner that can unlock the phone in 0.29sec when the screen is on. With display turned off, it will take only 0.31sec, says the company.

The back has Corning Gorilla Glass 6 glass protection. The phone has Monster Touch Buttons that use two pressure-sensitive buttons on the side frame of helping users to achieve quick multi-finger operations in the game. It packs a 4440mAh battery with 55W  FlashCharge Technology that can charge up to 50% in just 15 minutes.

The iQOO 3 and iQOO 3 5G come in Volcano Orange, Quantum Silver, Tornado Black. The iQOO 3 4G with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs. 36,990($515), and the iQOO 3 5G with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Rs. 44,990 ($625). It will be available from Flipkart and iQOO.com starting from March 4th.
